PM&R Physician — Thriving Practice in Desirable Fremont, CA (Shareholder Track)

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our well-established Interventional Spine practice in Fremont, CA.

This position offers a highly supportive clinical environment, strong internal referrals, and a clear, physician-led path to shareholder status within one of the most respected multi-specialty groups in the region.

Position Details:

• Fully established Interventional Spine practice with extensive internal referral network
• State-of-the-art outpatient medical center with collaborative ancillary support
• Sutter Health–affiliated ambulatory surgery center located conveniently on campus
• Full-time = 35 patient contact hours per week

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R
• Fellowship in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred
