Amazon is seeking a product leader to lead the evaluation strategy and execution for our innovative Health Assistant platform. This role will define, build, and scale comprehensive evaluation frameworks that ensure our AI-powered health solutions deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and clinical relevance. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of product strategy, generative AI evaluation, and healthcare domain expertise to drive data-driven decisions that improve health outcomes for millions of customers. #everydaybetter Key job responsibilities • Define and execute the long-term evaluation strategy for Health Assistant, establishing metrics that align with customer needs and business objectives • Drive the product roadmap for evaluation tools, methodologies, and infrastructure that support rapid iteration and deployment of features • Partner with cross-functional teams including ML Scientists, Software Engineers, Clinicians, and Compliance teams to ensure evaluation frameworks meet both technical and healthcare standards • Identify opportunities to leverage Amazon's scale and data assets to improve health assistant evaluation capabilities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product • Experience managing technical products or online services • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience • 5+ years of technical product or program management experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools • Experience in building and evaluating Generative AI applications. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
