• Provide support, training and guidance to the Project Management Team, Account Support Services;
• Monitor and report on progress of all active projects and orders across the team;
• Partner with sales team to manage client expectations and resolve client issues and escalations;
• Understand challenges and opportunities as they relate to clients and providers;
• Always look for ways to move opportunities/projects forward regardless of obstacles or Challenges;
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in post sales project management with Telecom Providers or Technical Services Distributor (Master Agency);
• At least two years' experience in management position;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with all levels and departments in the Company;
• Ability to multi-task, to prioritize work, to follow through and meet deadlines;
