About the role:

Four Seasons Explorer Palau (under the management of Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru) this currently looking for a Port Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating memorable guest experiences. The Port Manager will be a part of a diverse and dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our valued guests. This position reports to the Resort Manager (based in Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru)

A Palauan work permit will be provided by the resort.

What you will do:

• Oversee and manage the Shore Operations of the Leisure Development Koror Inc. Office, ensuring seamless guest movement between hotels and the Four Seasons Explorer.

• Lead and manage operations related to:

• Explorer Administration
• Finance and People & Culture
• Employee Housing
• Guest Transportation Management
• Liaising with local authorities on project-related matters on behalf of ownership

• Prepare and post staff schedules in alignment with business needs.

• Conduct regular quality control audits to ensure staff adherence to established procedures and training standards.

• Coordinate and participate in all month-end or quarterly inventories of food, beverages, operating equipment, and supplies.

• Uphold the professional standards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in all interactions and encourage the same from the team.

• Take on any additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of management experience in luxury hospitality, focusing on Human Resources and Administration.
• Strong background in logistics, sourcing, and resort operations.
• Experience with multicultural teams in remote locations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Human Resources and Accounting software.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules to meet operational needs.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with all departments and offices.
• Commitment to adhering to local and corporate policies in Operations, Safety & Security, Finance, and HR.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage teams in remote settings.
