Porter

Responsibilities: • Cleaning and sanitizing all areas including sales floors, offices, bathrooms, and kitchens for three store locations. • Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment at our food store location. • Receiving and unpacking deliveries. • Prepping vegetables and other foods for retail sale. • Emptying garbage cans and breaking down boxes. • Ensuring that refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas are clean and well-organized. • Performing light handyman duties as needed. • Supporting managers and sales staff as needed. • Potentially -- packing orders for e-commerce. • Potentially -- driving van for pick-ups and deliveries. Requirements: • High school diploma or GED. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to stand for extended periods. • Excellent time management skills. • Effective communication skills. • Cheerful and friendly disposition.
