ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Perform upkeep and janitorial duties so that your property is always in great condition, demonstrating pride in your building and grounds. • Learn new skills and work closely with the maintenance team on small repairs and preventative activities. • Engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with building maintenance team. • Assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team. • Provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties. • Inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality. • Perform snow removal and/or landscaping as needed. • Maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition. • Communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed. • Support site and office operations as assigned by manager. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: • $21.50 - $31.50 / hour • Weekly Pay • Benefits and Paid Time Off provided by Local 32BJ union This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
