Porter

We are currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, ensuring that all common areas, hallways, and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and presentable for residents and guests. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and maintaining the overall appearance of the property’s exterior. You will also assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and performing minor repairs when needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. Previous experience in property maintenance or janitorial services is preferred but not required. A customer-service mindset is essential, as you will frequently interact with residents and need to respond promptly to their needs. You should be able to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring the property remains well-kept.
