Post consruction cleaning/Janitor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various locations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team leader, independently or as part of the team. Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. • Maintain floors thoroughly presentable. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly. • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. • Conduct minor maintenance tasks as needed to ensure facilities are in good condition. • Follow pos construction cleaning procedure. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. Experience • Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is advantageous. • Experience in floor care techniques. • Knowledge of residential painting or facilities maintenance can enhance your application. • Porter experience is beneficial for managing cleanliness in high-traffic areas.
