NOW HIRING: POST INSPECTOR LOCATION: GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA SALARY: $20.50 PER HOUR SHIFT: OPEN AVAILABILITY (FULL TIME) THIS POSITION OFFERS: BENEFITS:MEDICAL, VISION, DENTAL VACATION:PAID VACATION HOLIDAYS:6 MAJOR HOLIDAYS PAID AS OVERTIME COMPANY: VEHICLE MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT TO APPLY: http://gscsecurity.com/en/employment · The Post Inspector will manage field security operations at multiple sites, including supervision of security team to ensure that security team delivers high quality customer service and that contracted security service expectations are being met. · He / she will conduct random and scheduled post inspections and respond to call for service and after hour emergencies, investigate accident’s, and complete Accident / Incident and Post Inspection Reports. · Conduct post inspections of Security Officers’ appearance, fitness for duty and knowledge of and adherence to site-specific policies and procedures. · Provide training to ensure the officer is compliant with Company and Post Protocol and Procedures. · Assist Corporate Office with scheduling and staffing to manage overtime and may be required to personally stand vacant posts when necessary to ensure contracted coverage is provided. The ideal candidate must have: · Minimum of 2 years of Post Inspector or similar experience in management, preferably in Security or Operations. · Must understand Security Operations including training, staffing and scheduling.· Must have outstanding customer service. · Computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel and verbal and written communications skills to read and write clear, accurate and concise reports. · Must adhere to and become knowledgeable in Company and site-specific safety and security policies and procedures. · Must possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record. · Must possess automobile insurance with at least the State’s statutory insurance minimum. · Must have the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and be able to use proper gear and lifting techniques to lift and move heavy items and / or boxes.· Must have the ability to work in indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions from mild to extreme for extended periods. · Must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work on the weekends. · Must be willing to travel in personally used vehicle to conduct site visits. · Must be willing to assume a post in the event an officer is not able to staff the assignment.
