We are looking for a Post Press Operator to join the team at our Print Services Site in Glasgow. A fantastic opportunity to work for Scotland's leading newspapers on a large web offset press.

Please note this is a part time position 27 hours a week on night shift!

Providing support for pallatisers Responsible for operating pallet trucks, general housekeeping duties, Hopper feeding of inserts working within Despatch area.

Job Description

• Hopper feeding
• Stocklin buggy operation and Pallet Truck
• Leaflet preparation
• Housekeeping ; Environment general duties
• Operating and monitoring stackers and strappers
• Completing daily sheets within Despatch area
• Provide support to polybagging lines
• Provide support to Fold and stitch lines
• Provide support to Pallatisers
• Provide support to Presshall

Qualifications

• Good work ethic
• Shift flexibility
• Work on own or part of a team 
• Flexibility to work shifts per production requirements within RPS Saltire areas – 
• Ability to operate various trucks
