Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for an adept Paid Ads Specialist to join our overseas team, charged with the orchestration and optimization of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing endeavors across various platforms, notably Google. The role is pivotal to steering paid search campaigns in alignment with budget stipulations for each client, while synergizing with the SEO division to amplify ROI, catalyze traffic influx, and cultivate customer engagement.

Salary Range: $25,000 - $32,000 (U.S.)

Key Performance Indicators:

Architecting campaigns that resonate with positive ROI vibes across client portfolios.

Escalating client expenditure by a minimum of 10% monthly, underscored by articulate value exposition.

Garnering a minimum of two client commendations monthly, courtesy of exemplary performance and client rapport.

Qualification Spectrum:

A solid footing in paid search realm with 3-5 years of experience, encompassing both search and social facets.

A laudable track record in juggling client liaisons alongside paid ads campaign management.

Proficiency in search platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Acumen in leveraging analytical and competitive tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, SpyFu, and Google Data Studio.

Expertise in utilizing Google Ads Editor, paired with a robust understanding of MS Excel functionalities (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization).

Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by interpersonal prowess.

Background in Dental and/or Medical sector would be a feather in the cap, though not a strict prerequisite.

Role Dynamics:

As our Overseas Paid Ads Specialist, you will be the linchpin managing the day-to-day motions of multiple paid search accounts, whilst maintaining a vibrant communication channel with our clients.

Delve into data analytics to unearth insights, propose, and incarnate strategies for elevating client program performance.

Acquire a solid grasp of organic optimization best practices, effectively conveying knowledge and client deliverables.

Engage in daily campaign stewardship encompassing campaign crafting, account revamping, expansion, optimization, testing, and innovative explorations.

Stay abreast of evolving technology and industry dynamics to ensure clients benefit from the latest technological advancements.

Foster a rapport with clients through regular reporting, creative counsel, and solution-oriented approaches to enhance client satisfaction and fortify relationships.
