Practice Lead

As the Practice Lead for SimplifyNext in Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Malaysian practice, working closely with Sales and Business Development, managing project delivery, and collaborating with key technology partners. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the practice’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality project execution, and building strong client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to driving business growth.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Lead the Malaysia Practice: Take ownership of the overall operations, strategy, growth and P&L of the Malaysia practice, ensuring alignment with SimplifyNext Group’s goals and values.
• Business Development: Support the Sales and Business Development teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development and client relationship management.
• Delivery Leadership: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations in terms of scope, quality, and timelines.
• Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with key technology partners like UiPath, OutSystems, Microsoft, AWS, and others to drive innovation with best-in-class solutions.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value and are aligned with their long-term business goals.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure effective resource allocation, project governance, and compliance with Group standards for security, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years’ experience at a Consulting or Technology Services company in Malaysia.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience in project management, team leadership and client engagement.
• Good understanding of digital transformation, automation technologies (RPA, AI), and Low Code platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in collaborating with technology vendors and partners to drive successful project outcomes.
