Practice Manager (MFM Office)

n
• Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with division policies.
n
• Collaborate with clinical providers on recruitment, staffing, and scheduling.
n
• Monitor practice performance and implement productivity improvements.
n
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
n
• Identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks.
n
• Oversee contract management and payer arrangements.
n
• Drive revenue cycle efficiency and quality initiatives.
n
• Provide leadership and oversight to all practice‐based departments.
n

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience: 

n
• 5‐7 years of healthcare experience
n
• OB/GYN or Maternal Fetal Medicine office management experience strongly preferred.
n

Experience Industry: Healthcare

Skills/Abilities:

n
• Strong knowledge of medical office operations and local healthcare environment.
n
• Proven financial and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
n
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
n

The pay for this position ranges from $120,000.00 ‐ $196,000.00 per year and is based on years of relevant experience.

This position will have a bonus plan of up to 15% of annual salary based on exceeding performance metrics.
