Prayer Partner/Customer Service Representative

This position performs a variety of tasks that require excellent customer and ministry service skills that include maintaining databases, answering caller inquiries, fulfillment of donor requests (e.g., processing merchandise purchases, donations, event offerings, year-end donation receipts, andpraying with donors.Must be able to maintain confidentiality, work the assigned schedule and adhere to the tenets of the Christian faith. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Serves as an Ambassador of Morris Cerullo World Evangelism (MCWE). · Answers and records incoming call results into our database. · Answers calls and emails in response to information requests and prayer if requested. · Maintains the prayer request email account. · Documents all incoming testimonies and forwards them to the Communications Department. · Participates in Call Campaigns. · Interfaces with Partners by phone and email to ensure that their account information is accurate and current (e.g., donations, merchandise, membership, contact and payment information, etc.). · Labels and stuffs envelopes for outgoing mail. · Populates daily tasks in an Excel spreadsheet to fulfill monthly reporting requirements. · Shares the responsibility of maintaining a clean and orderly workplace with other team members. · And other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: · Prior intercessory prayer experience is preferred · Typing speed of 45 WPM is preferred · Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook) · High School diploma or G.E.D COMPETENCIES: · Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (e.g., in person, on the phone, and in writing) · Must maintain excellent customer service on a consistent basis · Ability to work independently and as a team member · Excellent attention to detail and double-checking work to minimize errors · Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and complete work accurately, thoroughly while meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervisory oversight · Basic knowledge and understanding of the Bible and biblical principles · Prior knowledge of Dr. Morris Cerullo’s teaching materials, the Ministry’s mission and vision, and Statement of Faith is a plus · Able to identify the needs of Partners and pray for them as appropriate · Spiritual and emotional maturity Initials / Date · Godly character that exemplifies the lifestyle and behavior of a minister of the gospel as outlined in the Bible and the MCWE Employee Handbook • Although this Bible verse is written with masculine pronouns, the qualifications listed are applicable to both male and female Partner Service Representatives.1 Timothy 3:1-7…must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil.Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil. · Ability to speak, read, and write in English is mandatory · Ability to speak, read, and write in other languages is a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates primarily indoors at a large campus with multi-story buildings and uneven outdoor areas (e.g., steps, ramps, and gardens) that are open to the elements and changing weather conditions (e.g., direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and cold). This position requires regular interaction with staff and members of the public and routinely uses equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES: · This position requires the ability to navigate throughout a large campus with indoor and outdoor work and event spaces. · Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. · Regularly lift and/or move objects 20 lbs.; occasionally team lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 20 lbs. · Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend, reach, move or carry · Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. · Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. HOURS OF WORK The primary work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. However, occasional evenings and weekend work hours may be required to support ministry events and call campaigns.
