For over 25 years, we’ve delivered exceptional print, finishing, and installation services out of our Las Vegas facility.Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pre-Press / Graphic Designer to join our production team. This role is critical in preparing customer-supplied and internal artwork files for high-end digital printing across fabric, rigid, and roll substrates. The ideal candidate has strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, an understanding of color management, and experience in the digital print industry.Key Responsibilities:Task Description File Pre-Flight & Setup Review and prepare customer files for print, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, bleeds, color modes, and fonts Layout & Imposition Create print-ready layouts for dye sublimation, UV, and flatbed printers including nesting, tiling, and ganging Color Correction & Proofing Adjust color profiles and verify output accuracy across various media types Quality Assurance Perform visual inspections and digital checks to prevent production errors Collaboration Work closely with account managers, production staff, and clients to resolve file issues and maintain workflow efficiency Template Creation Develop and maintain design templates for repeat clients and standard products Print File Management Archive, track, and organize print files using internal naming conventions and server systemsRequirements:Qualification Details Experience Minimum 3 years in pre-press, graphic design, or digital print production Software Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, etc.) is a plus Print Knowledge Familiarity with large-format printing, dye sublimation, UV flatbed, and finishing processes Attention to Detail Exceptional precision in file handling, color matching, and layout accuracy Time Management Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-department coordinationPreferred Skills: Experience with fabric printing and finishing standards Understanding of ICC profiles and color calibration Knowledge of ShopVox or similar print management software Experience with cut paths, contour cutting, and CNC/router output prep Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend or evening hours during peak periods Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience, plus benefitsHow to Apply: Please send your resume, portfolio (if applicable), and a brief cover letter to [your email here].
