SodexoMagic is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician in Rahway, NJ! In this position you will play a key role in managing both preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our campus systems. You'll align maintenance efforts with site strategies, prioritize work orders, and coordinate resources to optimize asset performance. Utilizing cutting-edge predictive maintenance technologies, you'll conduct thorough assessments to enhance equipment reliability and contribute to data-driven asset management. What You'll Do

• Receive and analyze vibration data from in-scope assets, troubleshoot data and delegate to the appropriate resource.
• Perform and oversee surveys of steam, compressed air, HVAC, and pumped liquid systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in steam, compressed air, HVAC, and water systems.
• Define and plan tasks required to complete work orders and arrange necessary safety measures.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Manage asset history, work orders, monthly power plant surveys and preventive/predictive maintenance programs using CMMS, and identify opportunities for PdM technology implementation.

What You Bring

• Experience as a journeyman level with skills in instrumentation, electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in Reliability centered maintenance and Predictive Maintenance a plus
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and outside contractors, architects, and engineers.
• CMMS (SAP experience a plus) and Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
