Primrose School of Shady Hollow is a family-run preschool with an experienced leadership team and dedicated teacher support to ensure high quality care and education for all students. We are looking for a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team of amazing teachers!
Preschool Teacher Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare for lessons and create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children
β’ Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
β’ Provide individualized attention and support to meet the needs of each child
β’ Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
β’ Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
β’ Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in your care
Preschool Teacher Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent
β’ Experience working with children, if not in a formal school setting or childcare center, then something like babysitting, classes in child development, volunteer work, or sports coaching
β’ Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
β’ Open to growth and learning, and dedicated to teamwork
β’ Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
