Preschool Lead Teacher

Minimum Qualifications · BA in Early Childhood Education or related field · At least 1 year of classroom experience Skills & knowledge · Experience working in an early childhood setting · Be warm and loving with a positive attitude and appreciation of children · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the children and program · Respectful to all persons from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds · Ability to organize and reflect teaching goals and progress in documentation: lesson plans, assessments and evaluations · Ability to engage children in developmentally appropriate ways ( also including addressing children at eye level, sitting with children on the floor, engaging children in play and conversation) · Ability to attend to daily tasks as an educator · Maintain partnerships with families & staff Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
