The opportunity
We’re seeking a President and General Manager to be an integral part of our agency team! If you are a sales-focused agency leader looking to manage the agency division while playing a key role in building client relationships and winning new business, this is the position for you! What you'll do
- Engage with the broader B2B marketing and advertising community to share insights, trends, and predictions that position the agency at the forefront of the industry.
- Develop new business strategies to drive sales growth and expand client accounts by tapping into industry relationships and connections.
- Lead sales strategy development and execution, driving the agency's revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
- Establish and manage co-marketing relationships, facilitating joint sales efforts and collaboration with partners to support product goals.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making and market positioning.
- Foster strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of target audiences, leveraging demographic and behavioral insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Keep oversight of budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation, ensuring profitability.
Who you are
- A proven leader in the marketing or advertising sector, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business in a B2B environment.
- A sales-minded individual with a minimum of 3 years experience selling agency services.
- Skilled in strategic account planning and execution, with a keen understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape.
- Recognized as a thought leader in the marketing or advertising sector, with a notable presence in industry discussions, publications, and events.
- Proven ability to identify and capture new business opportunities.Â
- Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to envision and implement long-term goals.
- Excel in client relationship management, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Strong background working with small, growing, and large agencies, recognizing the nuances of each.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Â
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Total annual compensation including commission
$175,000—$275,000 USD
