About the Opportunity The company has been a trusted partner for property managers, contractors, and businesses and its expertise includes: • Hollow metal frames and doors • Paint/stain grade wood frames and doors • Interior aluminum frames • STC-rated sound doors • Custom designs (including curved/radius frames) • Comprehensive door hardware installation With a well-equipped production facility, union workforce, and streamlined estimating and accounting functions, the business is positioned for long-term success and growth. Who We Are Looking For We’re searching for a highly driven, experienced leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in construction, contracting, or related industries. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and leadership of a skilled team. Essential Qualifications • Industry Experience: 10+ years in construction, specialty contracting, or building materials, with strong operational leadership background. • P&L Ownership: Proven track record managing budgets, financial analysis, and driving profitability. • Team Leadership: Experience managing crews, installers, or project managers; ability to build a high-performance culture. • Operational Excellence: Familiarity with estimating, bidding, project management, and large-scale installations. • Business Development Acumen: Ability to manage client relationships, secure new contracts, and grow market share. • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of commercial door, frame, and hardware systems; knowledge of union labor operations a plus. • Licensing: California Contractors License C-61 and D-28.
