• Actively growing Family Medicine service line with over 20 different practice locations serving patients age
60+
• Outpatient only, flexible weekday schedule - little to no call, phone only
• Competitive compensation package that includes a base guarantee and Quality Bonus of up to 20% of base,
$50k Sign on, relocation, loan forgiveness
• Comprehensive benefits package to include health, retirement, Paid Time Off, CME allowance, malpractice
insurance, etc.
