Primary Care Opportunity - New Practice in Yardley, PA

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking three (3) Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our brand-new practice located in Yardley, Pennsylvania opening in Spring 2025.

The selected candidate will join a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine.

• Monday - Friday clinic hours
• Medical and Administrative support
• 15-20 patients/day
• ACO clinical wraparound support services
• In-network specialist referral
• EPIC EMR
• Point of care lab on site

Requirements:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• License to practice in Pennsylvania
• DEA
