Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking multiple Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join an established and growing primary care team in either Shrewsbury or Toms River, New Jersey. Position Details:

• No Hospital Call: Focus entirely on outpatient care without the burden of hospital rounds.
• Manageable Patient Volume: See an average of 20-25 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interaction and quality care.
• Dedicated Clinical Support: Work efficiently with your own dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
• Shared Practice Call: A light telephone-only call is shared on a fair rotation among 3 physicians.

REQUIREMENTS:

• D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active New Jersey medical license, CDS, and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• Both new graduates and experience physicians are encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION:

Minimum Starting Base Salary: $216,675

Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.

Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.

Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
