Position Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible
• Completion of US residency training in full, or foreign training with 5 years US work experience
• ACLS/BLS certification (or obtainable for residents)
• Provide clinical support in an inpatient/outpatient (primarily ambulatory outpatient) setting

VA Benefits Package:

• Education Debt Reduction Program: Up to $200K over 5 years.
• Compensation: Aggressive starting salary of $262K plus incentives.
• Paid Time Off: 50-55 days per year (includes annual leave, sick leave, Federal holidays, and possible CME absence).
• Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% contributions by VA.
• Insurance: Comprehensive coverage including health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care (transferable to retirement).
• Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory required.
• Continued Medical Education (CME): Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement for full-time, board-certified physicians.
