Atrius Health, a physician-led healthcare leader based in Eastern Massachusetts, is looking for adult primary care physicians to serve our practices located throughout the Greater Boston area.

You’ll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population.

Somerville, Watertown, Wellesley, West Roxbury/Chestnut Hill, Weymouth

Opportunity Highlights:

• Departments consist of a mix of physicians and advanced practice clinicians, with 1:1 MA support
  
  
• Full or part time with flexible schedules and minimal call responsibility
  
  
• Collaborative and innovative practice environment with team support embedded in our medical home model

Position Highlights:

• The leveraging of technology to support physicians to minimize in-basket management work, automated Rx renewals, normal lab result notification, e-consults, DAX Copilot, and more
  
  
• Close collaboration between primary care and specialists
  
  
• Expertise in clinical informatics and predictive analytics embedded in a fully integrated EMR (Epic)
  
  
• Minimal (second) call with Telecom services for nights and weekends
  
  
• Opportunities for medical student teaching with Harvard Medical School (HMS) and/or Tufts University School of Medicine as well as precepting a BIDMC or BWH resident in the ambulatory setting

Qualifications:

• BC/BE family medicine or internal medicine
