Monotype Solutions India is a strategic center of excellence for Monotype and is a certified Great Place to Work® three years in a row. The India center is the largest headcount location of Monotype. It is based in NOIDA, Sector 125 (Delhi/NCR). The focus of this fast-growing center spans Product Development, Product Management, Experience Design, User Research, Market Intelligence, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Innovation, Customer Success, Enterprise Business Solutions, and Sales.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists who are responsible for developing and deploying AI solutions for various business functions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals, and propose AI solutions that can address them effectively and efficiently.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions that align with Monotype's business objectives and priorities.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation, scoping, prototyping, testing, deployment, to monitoring and maintenance.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, scalability, and security of AI solutions, and adhere to best practices and standards for AI development and governance.
• Communicate the value proposition, benefits, and outcomes of AI solutions to internal audiences, and showcase Monotype's thought leadership and innovation in AI.
• Identify new opportunities, trends, and technologies in the AI domain, and explore how they can be leveraged to enhance Monotype's processes.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building and implementing AI solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, AI Agents, Data Science, etc.
• Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams to optimize their workflows and outcomes using AI.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data, data storage architecture, security, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure and Co-pilot studio.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage AI projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Experience in conducting research and evaluation of emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices, and applying them to enhance various products and services.

•Monotype is expanding globally. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is desirable (not mandatory) for this role: German, Japanese, French, Spanish.
