Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

Are you a seasoned Integration Engineer with a passion for mobile gaming and pushing the boundaries of technology? We’re looking for a visionary engineer with deep expertise in Java or C# and distributed systems to drive the technology behind our next big hybrid-casual and mid-core titles. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of game development, collaborating with our elite engineering and product teams based in the US and Europe to architect, optimize, and integrate the complex systems that power immersive gaming experiences for millions of players worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Game-Changing System Architecture & Optimization: Lead the design and development of distributed systems that are the backbone of our upcoming games, ensuring they deliver exceptional performance, scalability, and reliability in a competitive market.
• Cutting-Edge Multi-threaded Application Development: Drive the creation of multi-threaded applications optimized for gaming, ensuring smooth and responsive gameplay experiences across multiple processes.
• Seamless Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with our talented engineers to integrate backend systems that elevate gameplay and create seamless player experiences.
• Continuous Innovation & Improvement: Implement and manage advanced CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins & CircleCI to streamline testing, deployment, and integration, enabling rapid iteration and continuous delivery of new features.
• Strategic Cloud Infrastructure Management: Leverage AWS services (RDS, EKS, S3, DynamoDB) to deploy and manage scalable gaming infrastructure, ensuring our games can handle peak loads and deliver consistently to players around the globe.

Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀
If you’re creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team!

• 7+ years of hands-on coding experience in Java or C#.
• Proven track record of success in a collaborative team environment working on PC, Console, or Mobile games (Mobile strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in developing multi-threaded applications optimized for gaming environments.
• Strong experience in architecting and optimizing distributed systems to support high-performance gaming applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS (RDS, EKS, S3, DynamoDB) and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker.
• Familiarity with Javascript and HTML for front-end integration.
