Role: Principal IT Executive Support Specialist
Summary:
Our company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Executive Support Specialist. You will be providing technical support to our Executives, Assistants & Senior Management who are either located on, or visiting, the US East Coast.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain Executives computers, printers, meeting rooms, mobile phones, and peripherals.
• Follow rigorous Executive Support Protocol, ensuring all services are on-line and monitored 24/7.
• Pro-actively execute maintenance plan for all Executives equipment & services.
• Evaluate & recommend new technologies for Executives.
• Resolve day-to-day software & hardware issues withing the Executive realm.
• Coordinate set up & support virtual conferences using integrated Teams rooms and multimedia equipment.
• Coordinate system set up for new executive new hires and relocations.
• Manage special projects with other support groups and departments.
• Coordinate IT tasks & provide IT Support during Quarterly Ops Review & Board Meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with 2 years of Executive level support - highly motivated.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience supporting Remote workers setup; knowledgeable with cable modems, wireless routers and firewalls.
• Comfortable with video conferencing using integrated multimedia equipment, hosting large webinars and meetings.
• Project management skills.
• Programming skills is an asset.
• Must be a self starter with exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex problems and implement solutions with little or no guidance.
• High level working knowledge of multiple complex software packages, hardware platforms, and network architectures.
• Experience implementing best-practice processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of ITIL and CMM-driven best practices for IT processes.
• Strong knowledge of both PC & Mac platforms, Office 365, Windows 10, MacOS, iOS & Android.
• Willingness to be available at night and weekends and on call 24 hours a day
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-tech environment juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to understand the business needs behind the requests and drive to results.
• Ability to write processes and technical documentation.
• Valid passport and ability to travel on occasional basis.
