With time and experience, the individual in this role may support several technologies spanning multiple product portfolios and/or multiple complex architecture domains (e.g., business, application, data, infrastructure).This includes building high-quality architecture solutions as well as providing expertise and guidance on the design and establishment of architecture standards that align with current and future business needs. This role develops and maintains the architecture for assigned area and drives the adoption of new technologies. To be successful, the individual in this role must have deep solution architecture experience as well as an understanding of technical trends and innovation. This individual must also have a strategic thought process, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leadership. The individual in this role works with little or no oversight and provides coaching and direction to more junior level architects on the team. Estimated salary range for this position is $149730.30 - $194649.39 / year depending on experience.Qualifications: REMOTE Degrees: • Bachelors. Additional Qualifications: • Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 12+ years‘experience in technology disciplines. • • Lead architecture efforts across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and on-premises environments to meet business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define architecture strategies, standards, and best practices that align with organizational goals. • Defines and document organization’s architecture standards, target state architecture, and best practices that guide and influence architecture decisions across a product portfolio and/or across architecture domains. • Builds complex, enterprise-level architecture solutions that span architecture domains (e.g., business, application, data, infrastructure, security, AI/Ml) • Provides strategic consultation to business and IT teams and advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, systems impact, and technology priorities for application. • Lead the development of architecture transition plans for moving from current to future state business, data, application, and infrastructure models within large cross-functional and complex business areas. • Develop end-to-end architectural blueprints for scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, including cloud migration, hybrid systems, and data integration. • Assist in defining and drive the cloud architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with overall technology and business goals. Recommends products that will evolve the organization’s technical cloud infrastructure platforms. • Manages governance process - develops, communicate, and ensures adherence to architecture process, principles, policies and standards. • Stay updated on emerging trends in technology and healthcare IT to recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.Technical Expertise: • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and on-premises environment. • Proficiency in hybrid/multi-cloud architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and ability to align cloud strategies with business goals. • Proficiency with cloud infrastructure tools (e.g., Terraform) • Strong experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, NoSQL), including cloud-native database solutions like Amazon RDS, Azure SQL, and Google Cloud Spanner • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools. • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g HL7, FHIR), EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare data privacy/security regulations (e.g, HIPAA, HITRUST) Minimum Required Experience: EOE, including disability/vets
