Principle Architect, Field Engineering

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Review market changes, identify new developments and align Solutions and Integration Offering. Develop a balanced Solution roadmap geared towards overall success of customers aligned with Saviynt Strategic and Tactical vision.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Solution and Integration developed using Saviynt and Partner Framework for internal teams, partners and customers.
• Build Automation Framework and Solution to improve Saviynt Product Capabilities in various product areas (IGA, PAM, AAG, Intelligence, ISPM) to serve diverse customers/partners requirements.
• Interact with Partners to find the synergies to build a common Solution to address requirements of specific industry segments.
• Interact/coordinate with Customers, Partners and internal teams as required
• Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept and implementation
• Ensures delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget
• Collaborate with the enablement team to develop training materials, content, SOPs, and documentation for empowering stakeholders with AAG product offerings.
• Conduct workshops for Solutions and Product Adoption to external and internal stakeholders.
• Create Procedures, Best Practice, Implementation methodologies, create documentation for design, Coding and testing.
• Provide technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior Engineers. Train and Groom top talent to be experts in Saviynt technology.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Must have a bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech). Master is preferred 10-12 years of experience focusing on product Integration, Development and Extension.
• 12+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
• Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of Identity Management
• User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation
• Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring
• Access Certification
• SOD
• Privileged Access Management
• Good Working Knowledge of SSO, OAUTH, SSL and Secure Coding.
• Knowledge of security/authorization model of popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Box, etc.
• Leadership exposure managing teams of 4+ developers, hands on development, customization, and solution experience on one or more Identity Management solution suite, depth of understanding in Identity Management and Governance use cases etc.
• Should have experience with databases and programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, etc.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management products such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Oracle, IBM, or Microfocus Knowledge of application integration for security products.
• Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure
• Candidates with experience in building API-first products/services are preferred.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS, Azure, & GCP is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of various services and security is a bonus.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Working experience with product management tools such as Aha, Jira, and Confluence.
