Print Center Data Analyst

Classification:Administrative/Professional Exemption Status/Test:Exempt Job Grade:3 Department:Print Center Reports To:Department Director Job Goal: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as aPrint Center Data Analyst. The person in this position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Qualifications: EducationBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field • Experience • 4 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role • Demonstrated success in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Special Knowledge and Skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a print center, manufacturing, or production environment • Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques • Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes • Knowledge of pricing models and elasticity analysis • Hands-on experience with Pace MIS system and job ticketing workflowsWorking knowledge of Smartsheet or similar project management tools • Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to support operational and strategic initiatives. • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. • Document data models, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies. • Recommend process enhancements based on data analysis. • Support the adoption and integration of new analytical tools and technologies. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics over time.Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling. • Supervision/Personnel Management None Physical Demands/Environmental Factors/ Mental Demands: Frequent use of standard office equipment; prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting; repetitive hand motions (keyboarding and use of mouse); occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 20 pounds); may work prolonged and irregular hours; work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under pressure.
