Private chef assistant

PRIVÉ Culinary Concierge is a luxury meal-prep and private dining service based in Las Vegas, specializing in bespoke, chef-prepared meals for high-net-worth clients, aviation catering, corporate wellness programs, and exclusive events. We are seeking a motivated Assistant Cook to join our growing team. Responsibilities • Assist in meal preparation, packaging, and kitchen organization under the guidance of lead chefs. • Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and presentation quality. • Safely and discreetly deliver meals to clients in a timely manner. • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. • Uphold PRIVÉ’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client privacy at all times. Qualifications • Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred (restaurant, catering, or meal-prep background a plus). • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with a fast-paced team. • Professional, discreet, and client-focused demeanor. • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. • Flexible schedule, with availability for evenings and weekends as needed. • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
