Private Construction Project Manager

JOB The City of Chandler Development Services Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Private Construction Project Manager (full-time, temporary). This position serves at the discretion of the department director. We are looking for someone to perform the full range of responsibilities for construction administration, project management, assurances, and permit close-out for private property development projects.To view the complete job description, please click here.Minimum qualifications• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Public or Business Administration or a related field; and• 4 years of experience in Architecture, Civil/Traffic Engineering, Development Review or construction project management or a related field; and• A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record; or• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.Desired qualifications• Familiar with bond processing• Experience with letters of credit• Strong project management skillsThe City of Chandler will conduct a driving record check as a condition of employment.
