What You’ll Do: • Provideone-on-one carefor patients in their home or private settings. • Performhealth assessments, administer medications, and create personalized care plans. • Collaborate with physicians, family members, and the care team to ensure the highest level of care. • Monitor and document patient progress, advocating for their well-being at all times. • Deliver compassionate, empathetic, and professional care to patients with various needs. What We’re Looking For: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensein the state of Arizona. • At least 1 year of hospital experienceis required. • Previousprivate duty orhome healthexperience is preferred. • Must be able to work at least5 shifts per month, including1 weekend shift. • Strongcritical thinkingandproblem-solvingskills. • Excellent communication skillsand the ability to build trusting relationships. • A heart forcompassionate patient careand a passion for improving lives. • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
