Private Practice General Neurosurgeon

We are a private practice composed of four neurosurgeons, one interventional pain specialist, and two supporting APPs. Our practice, ambulatory surgery center, and facilities are exclusively owned by the physician group with no outside interest. We are a well-established practice in a highly desirable location with a focus on practice independence, physician lifestyle, and physician autonomy. Our senior most partner is retiring at the end of 2025 and we are seeking a new partner.

Position Details:

• BE/BC neurosurgeon
• Focus on minimally invasive spine surgery
• 90/10 spine to cranial case mix, but practice can be tailored
• Globus Excelsius robotics and StealthStation navigation
• Defined partnership track with early eligibility at one year
• Ambulatory surgery center ownership eligibility at one year
• Facilities ownership options available
• Call is one week a month at a level II trauma center
• Focus on work-life balance with physician autonomy
