We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented and English-spoken Vendor Maintenance Analyst to join our team. As a Vendor Maintenance Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate setup management and maintenance of vendor accounts and related information within the organization's systems which play a key role in supporting procurement accounts payable and compliance processes by managing vendor records verifying details and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
As a Vendor Maintenance Analyst you will be responsible for:
-Giving customer service to the different business units to resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies related to account setup or payment issues.
-Processing customer requests from various departments within the company in a timely manner ensuring that all requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
-Maintaining and updating vendor records including changes to contact information banking details and tax documentation.
-Verifying vendor credentials and documentation such as W-9 forms tax identification numbers and business licenses.

Education and Experience:
Excellent communication in English.
Bachelor's degree in accounting finance business administration or a related field (preferred).
