Job Summary

Based in Austin, TX, the Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing MRL trials and providing trial reports.

What a typical day looks like:

• Run Design of Experiments (DOE) and intaking DOE's and designing the experiments and test using MRL equipment
• Partnering with DOE's submitters to achieve desired results
• Managing equipment usage, service, and upgrades
• Create reports and providing updates
• Partner with SME's on equipment usage, trial design, and recycling knowledge
• Manage data set from all trials
• Manage material flow for trials and output fractions
• Management of equipment and spare maintenance and upgrades

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Knowledge of DOE, LOTO, 3 Phase Power Systems, Controls, risk assessments
• Familiarity with industrial machines, (conveyors, gearboxes, dust collectors, and shredders)
• Collaboration skills working with cross functional partners
• Project management skills
• Analytical skills, including the ability to change process and equipment settings to accommodate for DOE
• Experience in keynote and numbers
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's degree a plus)
• MUST HAVE recycling knowledge and experience, specifically of material interaction in industrial shredding operations (robotic disassembly)
