Process & Platform EMEA Lead

Mars is seeking an experienced OneStream admin to manage and maintain our corporate OneStream EPM system. In this role, you will be one of three OneStream administrators tasked with development, implementation, and ongoing management of the OneStream application.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in EPM systems with 2+ years of OneStream experience.
• Deep understanding of corporate accounting consolidation processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated and proven skill in completing assignments accurately and independently.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Evolve our OneStream security, development, and operations practices to address the needs of the business.
• Maintain and create validations, business rules, and master data hierarchies within OneStream.
• Maintain user Security
• Maintain interfaces and integrations with downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot user issues during the close process.
• Create and maintain workflows.
• Create and maintain standard OneStream reports.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
• Lead system testing for all design changes.
• Integrate new businesses into OneStream
