Procurement Analyst

How you will make an impact:

The Procurement Analyst position is a critical and highly visible role that provides insightful strategic analysis and is a key contributor to the Procurement Function. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Procurement, this role will drive optimization of our global procurement processes. This role is essential in ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement operations on a global scale. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for interpreting, analyzing, and communicating complex business issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Problem solving, prioritization, and attention to detail are critical. This position offers multiple opportunities to showcase analytical skills.

Position Details:

• Partner with internal vendor owners to negotiate contracts, renewals, and manage vendor performance
• Collaborate with legal and infosec teams to ensure favorable contract terms for the company and comply with all regulations and controls
• Develop and manage strong relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for the best alternatives for cost and feature effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across the procurement process
• Create and own key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance, analyzing data to make informed decisions
• Maintain Purchase Order Process and assist with contract lifecycle management

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or economics related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Procurement role, preferably at a SaaS/Tech company 
• Strong experience in program management, planning and strategic negotiations
• Ability to thrive and multitask in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment
• Self-starter  candidate needs to be self-directed and proactive
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with ability to build relationships across many different levels
• Top-notch organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Procurement tools like Coupa, Intelagree, G2 Track, AWS Cost Explorer

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $102,500 - $128,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
