Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Business Process Services professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's 50 delivery centers around the world.

You Are:

Legal and Commercial Services professionals deliver and coordinate legal, contract and commercial advice and counsel in support of Accenture's or our clients' business, working to manage and mitigate risk and ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws and company policies. Procurement Contract Specialist will provide contract drafting, negotiation, and execution support to customers on medium to high complexity contracts. Additionally, you will act as an account liaison to multiple medium/large sized customers.

The Work:

• Support negotiation and contract formation activities for medium to high complexity contracts
• Enforce processes to effect compliance and management proactively by collaborating with the client and the Sourcing and Category management team.(e.g. change order processes)
• Act as a liaison between the client, project team and/or business unit and legal to ensure all legal and contractual matters are addressed
• Develop and maintain relationship with client's legal and/or procurement representatives for their respective accounts
• Work closely with the client legal team, to ensure seamless contract formation and contract execution support is delivered to the organization
• Support negotiation and contract formation activities for medium to high complexity contracts

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience drafting and reading contracts
• Bonus Points:
• Paralegal certificate or law degree, preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Professional Skills:

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers at various levels of an organization
• Ability to work effectively with multiple customer professionals, in-house lawyers and suppliers
• Adaptable communication style to enable conformance with our customers' varied corporate cultures and organizational structures
• Ability to provide our customers' positions on issues effectively, and to reach resolution in a positive and efficient manner

Travel Requirements:

• This position requires travel of approximately 20% to support client projects or continuing education

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $56,500 - $94,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
