Procurement Engineer

Responsibility:

• Manage Fx/ETO project activity , working with =S= global commodity team and plant PPM for related sourcing strategy, Ensure the right commodity strategy apply to the related products
• Sourcing & Localization related parts, Be responsible for selecting, monitoring and auditing suppliers of the above-mentioned commodity in terms of QCD philosophy under management strategy
• Supplier continue improvement
• Keep on targets of cost reduction, work with supplier's consolidation , negotiation, QVE projects.
• Contract Management

Responsible for productivity projects

• Change of Supplier / Supply Base Optimization
• Tolling duplication

资格

Bachelor degree or above

3-5 years supplier management experience .

Knowledge of ISO/EHS/SAM/

Communication and negotiation skill

Familiar with MV product and procurement tool(SAP/SSP-SRM/MDG/Tebleau etc)
