Job Description
The Procurement + Inventory Manager will support the commerce team's product testing program, both with at-home testing and at our Dotdash Meredith Lab. The broader purpose of the testing initiative is to create meaningful product insights for our users (and for Google) in the form of original content. We are looking to build a portfolio of product reviews by real people for real people. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills who has proven experience in ordering products at scale, meticulously updating spreadsheets, and coordinating requests from various stakeholders.
This role is required to be onsite.
About the Role:
- Overseeing a team of procurement and inventory coordinators to order and track products that are being tested at home and in the lab
- Working with testing project managers to make sure that products are getting procured and arriving in a timely manner
- Creating new workflows to streamline procurement and inventory management
- Working with the finance department to track product testing expenses
- Coordinating the flow of samples received from product reviewers back to Dotdash Meredith
- Managing the donations of product samples to non-profit agencies on a rolling basis
About You:
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Experience working with purchasing cards, expenses, and invoices and keeping documents managed in an organized way
- Adept at prioritizing multiple competing tasks and sticking to deadlines
- Solid research skills and the ability to use Google Sheets, Excel, and new systems as needed
- Bachelor's degree required

Pay Range
Salary: $62,100 - $77,625
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
