About the Job:

Accretive Technology Group is a global market leader in live streaming that aims to deliver cutting-edge products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations related to payment schedules, agreements, and contracts.

Responsibilities:

Payment Schedule Management:

  • Update and maintain payment schedules for ongoing contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Monitor payment due dates and take appropriate actions to avoid delays or penalties.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and issues promptly and professionally.

Amendments to Existing Agreements and Contracts:

  • Assist in reviewing and modifying existing agreements, notes, loans, and terms as necessary.
  • Coordinate with legal and contract management teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure all amendments are properly documented and communicated to relevant parties.

Contract Maintenance:

  • Organize and maintain a centralized database of contracts, amendments, and related documents.
  • Track contract expirations, renewals, and other critical dates to proactively manage the contract lifecycle.

Payment Adjustment Tracking:

  • Keep detailed records of dates where payments need adjustments due to contract changes or other factors.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and human resources teams to facilitate seamless payment adjustments.

Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Foster positive and productive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Engage in communication to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Stay updated with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Identify potential risks associated with procurement activities and implement measures to mitigate them.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously review and enhance procurement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Suggest innovative approaches to streamline operations and reduce costs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is a bonus.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and payment schedules.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Sage100, HighQ, Asset Keeper, or TimeValue is a bonus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $70k to $100k. This position will also include a 401k with 50% matching and profit sharing that is dependent on a variety of factors.
