Alongside our global campuses we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible remote-friendly ways of working for this role we’re focusing on Sao Paulo so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

This role is a 6-month engagement working full-time hours.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.

At the moment this role is focused on:

You’ll lead the production process for creative projects across LATAM from kickoff through to final delivery. You’ll help shape timelines scopes and deliverables to ensure teams stay aligned and projects run smoothly. Managing multiple campaigns at once you’ll be the steady hand that keeps everything moving forward — no detail too small no brief too great.

You’ll support and mentor a junior ops analyst helping to embed strong workflows and efficient execution. You'll also run weekly creative check-ins manage project meetings and act as the main point of contact for local production partners — aligning feedback timelines and outcomes. Behind the scenes you'll keep documentation organised and up to date from POs and SOWs to budgets and scope agreements.

• You’re obsessed with the details — managing production docs schedules POs and partner comms with a level of care that keeps things running smoothly.

• You love empowering creative teams — from mentoring junior team members to coordinating designers and editors you’re the glue that holds the process together.

• You’re a natural communicator — whether aligning with external production houses or running internal check-ins you bring clarity and structure to every interaction.

• You’re hands-on and self-driven — especially in Brazil you take initiative and jump in to solve problems before they become blockers.

• Feel at home switching between Portuguese and English partnering daily with a global team that values openness curiosity and collaboration.

About the team

We’re the creative hub for LATAM partnering across design marketing and creator teams to bring culturally relevant content to life. We blend global vision with local insight producing work that feels authentic to our communities. As part of the team you’ll help ensure our creator program and production pipelines run seamlessly enabling us to deliver bold impactful creative work at scale.
