Producer/Video Editor (Preditor) - Freelance

We are looking for a Freelance Producer/Video Editor to join our team and help us create captivating video content that informs and entertains our audience. This role will focus on delivering engaging daily news content across various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a creative and fast-paced team.

This is a full time hybrid role based in our Santa Monica, CA office. This freelance role is expected to last approximately three months with the potential to be extended.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Edit and produce daily news videos tailored for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling video narratives.
• Create and edit still graphics, including thumbnails and infographics, to enhance video presentations.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and create motion graphics to deliver high-quality content.
• Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for each platform's audience.
• Stay updated with social media trends to effectively engage viewers.
• Occasionally work evenings, weekends and holidays based on annual pro tennis calendar.

Required qualifications :

• 2-3 years of experience in video editing and production, specifically with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Demonstrable experience in motion graphics and creating social media video content
• Proficiency in designing still graphics, including thumbnails and infographics
• Strong understanding of video editing techniques and storytelling
• Knowledge of tennis is a plus and will enhance content relevance

The base salary compensation range for this role is $250 to $290 per day. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
