The Product Analyst's primary objective is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. Process Analysts are responsible for translating complex business objectives into technical solutions. Critical to this role will be broad knowledge of business processes, systems, and solutions. For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… • Engage IT stakeholders, business management, and other strategic partners to support the functional design and delivery of enterprise solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines • Participate in rolling out best practices on business requirement definitions and documentation, using Agile tools and techniques. • Consults with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. • Participate in the development and delivery of presentations to business and IT senior management. • Serves as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on assignments/projects as needed. • Develops knowledge of current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. • Support organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. Compensation Range$62,700.00 - $94,100.00 CurrencyUSD TypeSalary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
