Job Description

Join our dynamic Global team within the Client Onboarding and Service (COS) Product and Transformation division, where exciting opportunities await following the recent integration of the Commercial Bank and Corporate Investment Bank. As a Product & Transformation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business technology while gaining firsthand experience in a client-facing, global organization. If you are eager to collaborate with technically proficient partners, passionate about change, and bring innovative ideas, you will be part of a team that values growth, creativity, and collaboration-driving real change across the business.

As Product & Transformation Senior Associate within the Client Onboarding and Service Product and Transformation division, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of transformation projects within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the progress of various transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable benefits.

Group Overview

The COS Product & Transformation team offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the firm. As a global middle office function with approximately 6,000 employees, we support a diverse range of clients, including multi-national corporations, financial institutions, and small to medium-sized businesses. Our team provides essential Treasury, Trade & Working Capital, Merchant, and Commercial products and services, all of which are onboarded and serviced by our global teams using the innovative Navigator desktop.

Our Product and Transformation team is at the forefront of building out the Navigator desktop. With dedicated budget, product owners, and tech resources, we have the autonomy to drive meaningful change. Our strategic initiatives focus on expanding process automation capabilities using AI/ML to enhance client interactions, leveraging LLM capabilities for quicker information retrieval, and creating interoperability workflows to streamline client inquiries. These efforts aim to make client servicing better, faster, and easier, ultimately creating valuable capacity to support business growth without increasing headcount, while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

As Product & Transformation Senior Associate, you'll join a diverse team of 35+ employees across the UK, Philippines, and North America. While our team isn't directly client-facing, we play a crucial role in supporting the teams that are. Understanding their needs allows us to develop smarter, more efficient processes. You'll support over 3,500 key stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, NA, and LATAM, engaging in various aspects of project management, including product development, transformation, demand management, feature prioritization, and go-to-market readiness. Your work will add value and deliver outstanding client and employee experiences, making a tangible impact on the firm's success.

Job Summary

You will support our internal clients throughout their journeys of change with realignments, process change, and new system development. As a core contributor of the team, you are responsible for developing and maintaining supporting materials, customer onboarding, adoption, and beyond, working closely with the Transformation team and other cross-functional groups to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.

The Product & Transformation Project Senior Associate will use a diverse set of skills essential for driving change and innovation. You will work closely with service teams to understand client support processes and identify improvement opportunities. Networking and engaging with users, both in-person and via Zoom, will be crucial for empathizing and influencing change. This role organizes multiple projects, and manages a variety of tasks to ensure the organization is equipped to adopt new technology, processes, and ways of working.

Organization and self-motivation are key, along with being an enthusiastic team player who builds partnerships and collaborates effectively. Active listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, will be honed to engage stakeholders and provide succinct updates.

You will use tools like Pitchpro, Confluence, Monday.com, JIRA, SharePoint, Excel, and Alteryx, while experiencing LLM and AI/ML automation technology in action. Knowledge of Navigator desktop functions will be learned and also contribute to driving improvements.

Exposure to working across regions will provide a strong appreciation of the requirements for thriving in a global client-facing organization, and a dynamic and transformative environment.
