Purpose of Role

The successful candidate will be a self-driven digital product designer with experience in mobile apps.

The candidate will work on ensuring that all user-experience journeys across all products and channels are smooth and intuitive interactions.

The candidate will be passionate about product forming UX/UI design and data analysis.

The candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be OK with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

Use user-centered design methodologies to ensure designs are intuitive easy to use and meet user needs.

Create design concepts wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions.

Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual language.

Work closely with developers and engineers to create appealing user-friendly and crisp UI assets to implement intuitive user experiences.

Work with stakeholders to conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Actively participates in discussions proposes solutions. Willing to productively advocate for things they think are right.

Requirements

Fluent in written and spoken English.

3+ years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile application.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design process critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience using tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD.

Have the ability to move fast and ship work while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Be a great team player with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
