You’ll be responsible for developing and testing new products—such as caulks, coatings, and sealants—for firestop, HVAC, and plumbing applications. What You’ll Do • Formulate and evaluate caulks, coatings, and sealants using lab instruments (Viscometer, DSC, TGA). • Prepare and test product samples from lab-scale to pilot batches (up to 80 lbs). • Conduct product stability and performance testing (e.g., high-temp aging, freeze-thaw). • Train QC technicians on testing protocols. • Maintain detailed records of formulations and procedures. ✅ What You Bring • Education:Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. • Experience:1+ year in coatings, sealants, or adhesives formulation. • Skills:Strong communication, ability to work independently, and hands-on lab experience.
