As the Lead Product Growth Manager, your role is multifaceted, combining hands-on growth hacking with overseeing product development and quality assurance. This position is ideal for those passionate about driving user acquisition, engagement, and ensuring product excellence. You'll be instrumental in developing growth strategies, optimizing product-market fit, and leading the charge in our product's technical execution and user experience enhancement.

• Growth Strategy Execution: Craft and implement strategies to drive product growth, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Product Development Leadership: Guide the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with growth targets and user needs.
• Quality Assurance Focus: Oversee the quality of product releases, implementing rigorous testing protocols to ensure high standards.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to inform growth strategies and product improvements, leveraging data for informed decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive efforts towards common growth objectives.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years in growth-focused roles within tech or startup environments, with a proven track record of driving product growth and a background in product development, out of which at least 2 years in the crypto space - mandatory
• Location: GMT -3 to +3 - mandatory
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, capable of developing and executing growth initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Hands-On Approach: Willingness to dive deep into growth hacking, user research, and product optimization tasks.
• Innovative Mindset: A passion for experimenting with new growth strategies and technologies to enhance user engagement and product adoption.
